Abstract: Some problems exist in the phosphorus reduction system of Meishan Iron Mine, such as high content of SiO2 in concentrate, low Fe recovery rate, low scavenging yields from low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation, easily blockage of media box in high intensity magnetic separation. The discussion on the technical index in on-site process under different magnetic fields is made, which provides a reference for adjusting the magnetic field intensity of the on-site production equipment.
