Abstract: Through the study on human reliability in mine safety system,the factors which influence the human reliability has been found,and the safety technical measures which could increase the human reliability drew out.Meanwhile,applying mining people error models,Heinrich's accident causal chain theory and so on,potential hazards and potential accident in system caused by people could be detected in time and be summarized.Then human error has reduced and prevented,and the reliability coefficient of mine safety system has improved.
