Abstract: The existing problems of the mining scheme in Fenghuangshan silver mine were analysis. Sublevel caving of the arrangement of mining entrance along the run of the ore vein has been offered when the steeply inclined medium thick orebody was under the instability of the surrounding rock mass. The structure parameter in the stope was optimized. The entrance of ore removal is enabled to be close to footwall arrangement, and the scope of the flow of ore is made greater. Footwall residual amount is reduced and the ore recovery is raised.
