Abstract: Focusing on the intelligent upgrading demands of green mines, this paper systematically investigates the technological framework for integrating sand and gravel aggregate mining industry with digi⁃ talization. Firstly, integrating the Industry 4.0 concept with digital technologies including cloud comput⁃ ing,the Internet of Things, big data and digital twins,a digitalization platform covering production man⁃ agement, quality control, and equipment maintenance is constructed, enabling real-time data collection and intelligent analysis across the entire process. Furthermore, through the deep integration of process con⁃ trol and information systems,a centralized management and control system is established, which encom⁃ passes intelligent management and control,3D visualization and predictive optimization. Finally, taking a green sandstone smart mine project as a case study, the practical effectiveness of the digital mine central⁃ ized management and control platform is validated in areas such as centralized control, online particle size monitoring, and predictive maintenance. This achieves closed-loop process optimization and full lifecycle equipment management, effectively improving product quality, equipment efficiency, and energy utiliza⁃ tion, thereby providing a feasible solution for the digital transformation of the industry.
