Research on Remote Simulation for Control of Coal Mining Based on Six-degree-of-freedom Somatosensory Platform

Abstract: In order to improve the standardization and accuracy of remote simulation of mechanical operation in coal mining operations,the design of remote simulation control method for coal mining based on six-degree-of-freedom somatosensory platform is carried out.Through the integration of remote control terminal,communication and vehicle subsystem,the full coverage of 5G wireless communication of coal mining equipment is designed to ensure the high speed and stability of data transmission. The advanced control system can control the movement of the platform in real time through the driving mechanism accord⁃ ing to the user 's operation instructions.At the same time,the sensor is used to feedback the state informa⁃ tion of the platform in real time,so as to realize the multi-dimensional and high-precision motion behavior drive based on the six-degree-of-freedom somatosensory feedback platform. The programmable logic con⁃ troller control technology is introduced,and the input,processing and output modules are continuously scanned through the loop mode,so as to realize the accurate remote simulation control and real-time ad⁃ justment of the terminal coal mining operation state.The application of this method in accordance with the specifications can significantly improve the accuracy of remote simulation control in coal mining opera⁃ tions,and provide strong technical support for the intelligent and remote coal mining operations.
