Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low recovery rate of carbon iodine value and poor adsorp⁃ tion effect after acid washing of gold adsorption carbon in Sanhe Gold Industry,in the process of acid wash⁃ ing regeneration of adsorption carbon,air supply transformation and acid water circulation are carried out to strengthen regeneration. The effects of direct acid washing and acid washing after transformation are com⁃ pared. The effects of air supply,air supply mode,acid washing time,nitric acid concentration and acid washing medium on the acid washing regeneration of gold adsorption carbon are investigated,and the ad⁃ sorption comparison test of activated carbon after acid washing is carried out.The results show that the ef⁃ fect of carbon pickling can be improved by adding air supply point and circulating pickling water in the pro⁃ cess of carbon pickling under the same other conditions.The concentration of nitric acid and pickling time have a great influence on the wet regeneration of gold activated carbon. Especially in the case of acid water circulation,the pickling effect is more obvious,and it can effectively avoid the cost waste caused by in⁃ complete reaction discharge of nitric acid,and alleviate the environmental pressure on the sewage treat⁃ ment system.
