Abstract: In view of the problems of discontinuous process flow，low equipment utilization rate and poor raw material adaptability in the traditional production process，a flexible continuous production pro‐ cess of ferrite magnetic tile based on MES is proposed. Through the integrated MES system，the automatic identification of raw material information，the dynamic matching of production parameters and the real�time monitoring of equipment status are realized，and the whole process automatic production line from batching to finished products is constructed. The results show that the system can improve production effi‐ ciency by 15%~20%. In addition，the system reduces energy consumption per unit product by 12% through intelligent scheduling and energy management optimization. The research results provide a techni‐ cal reference for the intelligent manufacturing of ferrite magnetic tiles，and verify its economy and environ‐ mental friendliness in industrial applications.
