In the process of coal pile stacking in the open air,the heat source position is shifted due to the influence of natural wind,which leads to the deviation of its treatment.Simulation software is used to es⁃ tablish a test platform of coal pile affected by wind flow,and the influence of normal wind and tangential wind on the heat source location movement of simulated coal pile under different wind speeds is studied.The results show that the two wind directions have influence on the heat source movement,and the influence of normal wind is greater than that of tangential wind. The relationship between the moving velocity of heat source and the wind speed at the edge position is linear,while the relationship between the moving velocity of heat source and the wind speed at the center position is quadratic. When the wind speed is small,the in⁃ fluence on the movement of heat source at the simulated coal pile center is small,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the treatment of coal pile spontaneous combustion.
