In order to improve the quality of iron concentrate and meet the sales requirements of the iron series of the third concentrator of Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.，Ltd.，aiming at the change of raw ore properties of iron series，through experimental research，after the three-stage low-intensity magnetic separa⁃ tion of iron series，the automatic elutriation magnetic separator and the full-disk tailings recovery machine are added to improve the quality and reduce the silicon process.The production practice shows that the auto⁃ matic elutriation magnetic separator has high separation efficiency，and the grade of iron concentrate is in⁃ creased by more than 3 percentage points.The quality of iron concentrate is better than that of traditional low intensity magnetic separator，which effectively reduces the silica content in iron concentrate products，en⁃ hances the strain capacity of production organization，improves the quality of iron concentrate products，and has remarkable economic benefits.
