The cementing cost of filling mining method is high. In order to reduce the filling amount, the optimization research of cementing cementing cement-sand ratio is carried out. Based on the background of Lilou Iron Mine,the effects of cementing powder dosage on compressive strength of late test block under different particle size and slurry concentration were studied in laboratory and field. The test results show that the slurry concentration has a greater influence on the compressive strength value of the test block in the fill⁃ ing with high lime sand ratio. Under the condition that the compressive strength of the test block of the filling body is not decreased,the cement-cement cement-sand ratio can be replaced by the ratio of 1∶10 to 1∶11 by increasing the filling concentration and the overflow concentration of the sand bin,so as to reduce the amount of cement-cement powder in the filling and save about 3.68 million yuan/a. Remarkable economic benefits have been obtained.
