Abstract:

As an important part of mineral processing production，the stability of crushing process is

particularly important. The crushing process has the characteristics of large number and big of equipment，

scattered distribution，and long material transfer distance，which causes problems such as high labor inten⁃

sity of operators，untimely judgment of abnormal working conditions of equipment，and inadequate detec⁃

tion. Therefore，the automatic control design of the crushing process of the concentrator is carried out. It in⁃

cludes the design of segmented chain start-stop，global chain start-stop and chain protection for the three⁃

stage one closed-circuit crushing process with fine crushing buffer warehouse，and the design of chain con⁃

trol for the three-stage one closed-circuit crushing process without fine crushing buffer warehouse，and put

forward the solution of special production situation.
