Study on Influence of Wood Fiber on Mechanical Properties of Filling Body

Wood fiber materials are widely used in civil engineering and environmental engineering
due to their advantages of strong toughness,adsorption and simple composition elements.The wood fiber was
used as an additive material,and the influence of wood fiber as an additive on the mechanical properties of
the filling body was studied by using the strength and toughness and surface structure of the wood fiber mate⁃
rial itself.Mainly through the filling body strength test experiment,combined with SEM electron microscope
scanning experiment,EDS experiment,XRD energy spectrum analysis experiment,observe the degree of hy⁃
dration reaction inside the filling body.The results show that within a certain range of addition,wood fiber
improves the compressive strength and strain strength of the filling body,and the effect changes with the
change of cement-sand ratio and slurry concentration.In the pre-peak stage of the stress-strain curve,the fi⁃
ber filling body has a higher elastic modulus. In the post-peak stage,the fiber filling body has a larger resid⁃
ual strength and can store higher energy.The filling body breaks after instability and does not collapse,show⁃
ing good plastic deformation.At the same time,the addition of wood fiber is beneficial to the internal hydra⁃
tion reaction of the filling body,and the internal flocculent structure increases obviously,which increases
the strength of the filling body.
