Abstract: In order to meet the coarse crushing process design requirements of the new single-stage hammer crushing in the adit-pass development system，taking the realization of high-efficiency coarse crushing in a super-large limestone mine chamber in Chizhou，Anhui Province as an example，aiming at the characteristics of the coarse crushing equipment under this condition，such as high crushing efficiency， small equipment size and controllable powder content，the raw ore particle size analysis，industrial-scale crushing industrial test and production practice application research of raw ore cumulative processing ca⁃ pacity of more than 100 million tons were carried out. The research shows that the new single-stage ham⁃ mering industrial crushing -45 mm product has high primary crushing yield，low crushing cost and low in⁃ vestment intensity，but the silt content is slightly higher. The new single-stage hammering is suitable for the coarse crushing of construction sand aggregate with medium compressive strength.
