Abstract: With the continuous reduction of ore grade，in order to obtain qualified mineral process⁃ ing products，the various mineral processing process and equipment are continuous being updated and im⁃ proved. In view of the advantages of green environmental protection and simple equipment of shaker benefi⁃ ciation in gravity separation，shaker beneficiation is vigorously developed and efficient shaker is promoted. Combined with the research status of shaker in China，the typical shaker types such as 6-S shaker，spring shaker，suspension multi-layer shaker，Yunnxi type shaker，table floating shaker and the factors affecting the sorting index of shaker were analyzed and discussed.According to some application practice of mine shaker，the application status of shaker is summarized，and the problems in shaker application are ana⁃ lyzed，provide support for development of shaker equipment in mineral processing．
