Abstract: Zhazixi Antimony-tungsten Deposit is located in the middle of xuefeng arc gold-antimony tungsten metallogenic belt.The metallogenic conditions are very favorable Combined with the newly discovery of the gold mineralization characteristics,the deposit characteristics is summarized,and the minerogenetic model is established.The study results show that:①the deposit type is medium-low temperature hydrothermal filling-type Au-Sb-W deposit;②the indosinian period is the main metallogenic age in the area,orogeny product the favorable mineralization structure;③the metallogenic materials of gold and antimony formed by orogenic movement are the mixed sources of crust and mantle，tungsten comes from the surrounding rocks of Wuqiangxi formation;and the source of metallogenic fluid is mainly meteoric water.
