Abstract: Most of the mining areas are fractured, mediumthick and steeply inclined skarntype coppermolybdenum ore bodies. The original design adopted upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method. There are some defects in mining experiments, such as poor operation safety, low labor productivity, large loss and dilution, and high mining cost, which seriously restrict the organization of trial production.Mine urgent need for a safe and efficient mining method meet the trial production, cost can control ore continue to supply.Through full study, the author puts forward the idea of coupling mining method of lowloss sublevel caving and shallow hole shrinkage, which further reduces the safety risk, simplifies the process, and controls loss dilution.Through the optimization design of mining methods, the practical problems existing in the production of enterprises are solved, the mining efficiency is improved, and it has certain reference significance for other similar mines.
