光纤压力传感器在煤矿中的应用研究

摘要: 针对目前煤矿安全监控系统中传感器存在的检测精度低、稳定性差、可靠性差和易受电磁干扰等问题,将新颖的光纤传感技术应用于煤矿行业。重点讨论了光纤压力传感技术在煤矿中的几种应用方案,如煤车称重、锚杆应力、水位等压力应力检测等。研究结果表明,光纤传感本质安全、耐腐蚀、灵敏度高、使用寿命长,非常适用于煤矿生产环境参数检测,为改进煤矿安全监控系统提供了新颖的思路和切实可行的解决方案。

Abstract: Aim at the current existing problems of mine used sensors in coal mine safety monitoring system, such as low accuracy、 poor stability、 low reliability、 easy to be electromagnetic interfered and so on , a novel fiberoptic sensing technology is proposed for coal mine industry. Several kinds of application projects of fiber pressure sensing technology in coal mine are emphatically discussed, such as pressure and stress check like coal mine trucks weighing, bolt stress, water level and so on. The results indicate that due to intrinsically safe、 corrosion resistance、 high sensitivity、 long life, the fiber sensing is widely suitable for the environmental parameters detection of coal mine production, and it provides the innovative idea and practical solution for coal mine safety monitoring system.
