某铁尾矿库尾泥的土壤化可行性分析

摘要: 为推进铁尾矿库闭库销号过程中的无土复垦,实现尾泥生态化大宗利用并降低生态 修复成本,以某铁尾矿库尾泥为研究对象,通过物质组成、毒性浸出、粒径分布、营养组分及重金属 含量等系统分析,并辅以同库尾砂、无机复合肥、有机肥和保水剂等物料,开展柠檬草种植试验,综 合评估其土壤化可行性。结果表明:尾泥主要化学组分为硅、钙、铁等,物相以方解石、石英和赤铁 矿为主,属常规矿物组成,毒性浸出液满足 GB 8978—1996 一级排放标准;中位粒径 d50=106.84 μm, 有利于形成良好的土壤结构与透气性;重金属含量满足《绿化种植土》及《建设用地土壤污染风险 筛选值》相关要求,可支持高掺量利用;全氮含量达标,但有机质、有效磷和速效钾偏低。种植试验 表明,补充营养组分后柠檬草长势良好,直接验证了该尾泥土壤化重构的可行性。研究结果为尾 矿库无土复垦提供了基础数据支撑与科学依据。

Abstract: In order to promote the soilless reclamation in the process of closing and selling the iron tailings pond,realize the ecological bulk utilization of tailings mud and reduce the cost of ecological resto⁃ ration,taking the tailings mud of an iron tailings pond as the research object,through the systematic analy⁃ sis of material composition,toxicity leaching,particle size distribution,nutrient composition and heavy metal content,supplemented by the same tailings,inorganic compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer and wa⁃ ter retaining agent,the lemon grass planting experiment was carried out to comprehensively evaluate its soilization feasibility. The results show that the main chemical components of the tailings are silicon,calci⁃ um,iron,etc.,and the main phases are calcite,quartz and hematite,which belong to conventional miner⁃ al composition. The toxic leaching solution meets the first-level discharge standard of GB 8978—1996. The median particle size d50=106.84 μm,which is conducive to the formation of good soil structure and per⁃ meability;the heavy metal content meets the relevant requirements of“Green Planting Soil”and“Construc⁃ tion Land Soil Pollution Risk Screening Value”,which can support high-volume utilization ; the total nitro⁃ gen content reached the standard,but the organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium were low. The planting experiment showed that the lemon grass grew well after supplementing the nutrient components,which directly verified the feasibility of the soil reconstruction of the tail mud. The research results provide basic data support and scientific basis for soilless reclamation of tailings reservoir.
