贵州某卡林型金矿加压氧化全湿法冶金工艺

摘要: 滇黔桂“金三角”是中国重要的卡林型金矿成矿带,该类型金矿床属沉积岩容矿的微 细浸染型,金以“不可见”形式(<1 μm)被黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿等硫化物包裹,常规氰化工艺金浸出率 极低。针对此类难处理矿石特性,贵州某金矿开发了一套完整的“预处理—提取—环保”一体化湿 法冶金工艺。该工艺以高温高压氧压浸出为核心,通过分解含金硫化物,使包裹金充分暴露,为后 续炭浸提金创造有利条件,金回收率较常规工艺提高 30% 以上。同时,砷在高压氧化条件下以晶 态臭葱石(FeAsO4·2H2O)形式稳定沉淀,显著降低了砷的环境迁移风险,实现了资源高效回收与污 染物原位控制的双重目标。

Abstract: The "Golden Triangle"(Yunnan-Guizhou-Guangxi border region) is an important Carlin�type gold metallogenic belt in China. This type of deposit is characterized by sediment-hosted,micro-dis⁃ seminated ores,where gold occurs in an "invisible" form(<1 μm),encapsulated within sulfides such as py⁃ rite and arsenian pyrite(arsenopyrite). Conventional cyanidation processes result in extremely low gold leaching rates. Addressing the characteristics of such refractory ores,a gold mine in Guizhou has developed a complete integrated hydrometallurgical process encompassing "pre-treatment—extraction—environmen⁃ tal protection". The core of this process is high-temperature and high-pressure oxygen pressure leaching, which decomposes gold-bearing sulfides to fully expose the encapsulated gold,creating favorable condi⁃ tions for subsequent carbon-in-leach gold recovery. The overall gold recovery rate is increased by more than 30% compared to conventional processes. Simultaneously,under high-pressure oxidation conditions, arsenic is stabilized and precipitated in the form of crystalline scorodite(FeAsO4 ·2H2O),significantly re⁃ ducing the risk of arsenic environmental migration. This achieves the dual objectives of efficient resource recovery and in-situ pollutant control.
