某普通铁精粉生产DR级铁精矿试验

Experimental Study on Producing DR-grade Iron Concentrate from a Conventional Iron Concentrate

摘要: 为提升普通铁精矿品质以满足DR级铁精矿要求,基于工艺矿物学分析结果,提出了预 选抛尾(磁场强度 160 kA/m)—球磨细磨(-0.038 mm 占 90%)—1 次弱磁粗选(磁场强度 160 kA/m) —磁选柱精选的联合分选工艺流程,可以获得产率79.47%、Fe品位70.18%、Fe回收率84.86%的分选 指标,产品中有害元素硫、磷及主要脉石组分 SiO₂、Al₂O₃、CaO、MgO 含量均达到 DR 级铁精矿标准。 在保障铁资源有效回收的前提下,实现了产品品质的提升,可为国内普通铁精粉直接还原炼铁原料 的提质改性提供技术参考,也为同类铁矿资源的高值化利用提供了可行的工艺路径与试验依据。

Abstract: To upgrade the quality of conventional iron concentrate and meet the specifications of DR�grade iron concentrate,this study proposed a combined separation flowsheet including pre-concentration and tailing discarding at a magnetic field intensity of 160 kA / m,ball milling to achieve 90% passing 0.038 mm,one-stage low-intensity rough magnetic separation (160 kA/m),and concentration by a magnet⁃ ic separation column on the basis of process mineralogy analysis.Test results show that the concentrate with a yield of 79.47%,total Fe grade of 70.18%,and Fe recovery of 84.86% can be obtained. The contents of harmful elements (sulfur and phosphorus) and main gangue components including SiO2,Al2O3,CaO and MgO in the final product all satisfy the quality requirements of DR-grade iron concentrate. High product quality is achieved while ensuring effective recovery of iron resources. This research can provide technical references for upgrading conventional iron concentrate into feedstock for direct reduction ironmaking,and offer a feasible process route and experimental basis for the high-value utilization of similar iron ore re⁃ sources.
