特厚煤层巷道掘进工作面围岩变形规律及支护参数研究与应用

摘要: 为研究山西大同某矿特厚煤层巷道围岩稳定性控制技术,保证巷道安全高效掘进, 以该煤矿巷道掘进工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟与现场工程实践相结合的方法,系统研究了 在掘进扰动作用下,特厚煤层巷道的围岩应力及变形演化规律。基于支护结构对围岩稳定性的影 响机理,优化了掘进工作面围岩支护参数,进而提出了以高强锚杆锚索协同支护为核心的特厚煤 层掘进工作面围岩稳定性综合控制技术。结果表明:随着特厚煤层巷道掘进长度的增大,支护段 与空顶段连接处断面的围岩应力及变形不断增大,当掘进长度增加至 6 m 时趋于稳定。提高锚杆 预应力可显著增大应力连续带幅值,并维持其分布范围。特厚煤层掘进工作面巷道围岩稳定性控 制技术现场实施后,巷道变形量得到有效控制,验证了该技术的可靠性及适用性。研究结果对类 似条件的巷道安全掘进提供了重要的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to study the stability control technology of the surrounding rock of extra-thick coal seams in a mine in Datong,Shanxi Province,and to ensure the safe and efficient excavation of the road⁃ way,based on the excavation working face of the coal mine,a combination of numerical simulation and on�site engineering practice was adopted to systematically study the stress and deformation evolution laws of the surrounding rock of the thick coal seam roadway under the influence of excavation disturbance. Based on the mechanism of the influence of the supporting structure on the stability of the surrounding rock,the supporting parameters of the surrounding rock at the excavation working face were optimized,and then a comprehensive stability control technology for the surrounding rock of the thick coal seam excavation work⁃ ing face was proposed,with the core of high-strength anchor rods and anchor cables. The results show that as the excavation length of the thick coal seam roadway increases,the stress and deformation of the cross�section at the connection point between the supporting section and the unsupported section of the surround⁃ ing rock continuously increase,and tend to stabilize when the excavation length increases to 6 meters. In⁃ creasing the pre-stress of the anchor rods can significantly increase the amplitude of the stress continuous band and maintain its distribution range. After the implementation of the surrounding rock stability control technology for the roadway of the thick coal seam excavation working face in the field,the deformation of the roadway has been effectively controlled,verifying the reliability and applicability of this technology. The research results provide important reference value for safe tunneling in similar conditions.
