巴鲁巴东露天采场爆破参数优化研究

摘要: 矿山所采用的各项爆破参数对爆破过程起到了决定性的调控作用,如何高效准确地 设置合理的爆破参数是矿企在实际作业中非常关注的问题。以面临爆破单耗高、爆破器材消耗量 大、大块率高等问题的巴鲁巴东矿山为对象,在+1 240 m 生产台阶分别针对南侧、北侧的一般岩性 和难爆岩性,调控了开采爆破孔网、装药结构和起爆网路,对比分析了不同方案的试验现场爆破效 果,在巴鲁巴东采场+1 240 m 台阶开展了不同方案的现场爆破优化试验,取得了较好的爆破破岩 效果。根据提出的爆破参数,南侧台阶的炸药单耗从 0.521 kg/m3 降低至 0.352 kg/m3 ,降幅达到 32.44%,北侧台阶采用袋装铵油炸药和混装乳化炸药时,炸药单耗分别可以降低 23.04% 和 24.00%,解决了矿山爆破单耗高、爆破器材消耗量大、大块率高等问题,对类似矿山开采具有一定 的指导借鉴作用。

Abstract: The various blasting parameters used in mines play a decisive role in regulating the blast⁃ ing process. How to set reasonable blasting parameters efficiently and accurately is a significant concern for mining enterprises in actual operations. This study focuses on the Eastern Baluba Mine,which faces issues such as high blasting material consumption and large block rate. The study was conducted on the +1 240 m production bench,targeting the general rock and difficult-to-blast rock on the south and north sides re⁃ spectively. The blasting hole network,charge structure,and initiation network were regulated. The blast⁃ ing effects of different schemes at the test site were compared and analyzed. Different blasting optimization experiments were carried out on the +1 240 m bench of the Eastern Baluba quarry,achieving good blasting rock-breaking effects. According to the proposed blasting parameters,the blasting explosives consumption on the south bench decreased from 0.521 kg/m3 to 0.352 kg/m3 ,a reduction of 32.44%. When using bagged ammonium oil explosives and mixed emulsion explosives on the north bench,the blasting material con⁃ sumption could be reduced by 23.04% and 24.00% respectively. The study has solved problems such as high blasting material consumption,large consumption of blasting equipment,and high large block rate in mines,and has certain guiding and reference significance for similar mining operations.
