基于组合赋权-模糊综合评价的采区地质环境保护技术评价

摘要: 煤炭资源高强度开采易诱发地表塌陷、地裂缝等典型地质灾害,严重破坏矿区生态 环境,制约矿山绿色可持续发展。当前煤矿地质环境保护技术评价体系存在明显的不确定性与非 线性问题,单一评价方法无法兼顾主观经验与客观数据,评价结果片面性较强、可信度有限。为实 现矿区治理技术的科学化、定量化优选,结合层次分析法与熵权法构建主客观耦合的组合赋权体 系,有效弥补单一赋权方法的应用缺陷。依托模糊数学理论,处理评价过程中的模糊性干扰因素, 搭建包含技术、环境、效益 3 项一级指标及 14 项二级指标的组合赋权-模糊综合评价模型。以新庄 煤矿地质环境修复工程为例,系统对比挖深垫浅、煤矸石回填、土地平整 3 种主流治理技术的综合 应用效果。实测评价结果显示,3 类治理方案得分依次为 8.465 6、5.742 7、6.568 8,挖深垫浅方案综 合优势最为显著。该模型评价逻辑严谨、结果贴合工程实际,可为同类煤矿采区地质环境治理方 案优化选型与生态修复工作提供可靠的定量技术支撑。

Abstract: High-intensity mining of coal resources is easy to induce typical geological disasters such as surface subsidence and ground fissures,which seriously damages the ecological environment of the min⁃ ing area and restricts the green and sustainable development of the mine. At present,there are obvious un⁃ certainties and nonlinear problems in the evaluation system of coal mine geological environment protection technology. A single evaluation method cannot take into account both subjective experience and objective data,and the evaluation results are one-sided and limited in credibility. In order to realize the scientific and quantitative optimization of mining area governance technology,this paper combines analytic hierar⁃ chy process and entropy weight method to construct a combination weighting system with subjective and ob⁃ jective coupling,which effectively makes up for the application defects of single weighting method. Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory to deal with the fuzzy interference factors in the evaluation process,a com⁃ bination weighting-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model including three first-level indicators of technolo⁃ gy,environment and benefit and 14 second-level indicators is established. Taking the geological environ⁃ ment restoration project of Xinzhuang Coal Mine as an example,the comprehensive application effects of three mainstream treatment technologies,such as deep excavation and shallow cushion,coal gangue back⁃ filling and land leveling,are systematically compared. The measured evaluation results show that the scores of the three types of treatment schemes are 8.465 6,5.742 7 and 6.568 8 respectively,and the com⁃prehensive advantages of the deep excavation and shallow cushion scheme are the most significant. The evaluation logic of the model is rigorous and the results are in line with the engineering practice,which can provide reliable quantitative technical support for the optimization and selection of geological environ⁃ ment treatment schemes and ecological restoration in similar coal mining areas.
