基于随机森林的煤层充填开采底板破坏深度研究

摘要: 随着华北东部地区浅层煤炭资源的枯竭,资源开采向深部进行,煤层开采所面临的 地质条件越来越复杂,充填开采技术逐渐被重视,并应用于近距离煤层或者地质条件复杂的煤层。 为了进一步研究煤层充填开采对底板破坏深度的影响,搜集了 43 个未充填开采工作面和 11 个充 填开采工作面的底板破坏深度实测数据,首先分析了影响因素与底板破坏深度的 Pearson 相关性, 随后通过随机森林模型进行煤层未充填开采和充填开采底板破坏深度预测和影响因素研究,并与 经验公式的预测结果进行比较。结果表明,相比于经验公式,随机森林模型的预测准确性更高,并 且充填开采显著降低了煤层底板破坏深度。随机森林的特征重要性分析表明,对于未充填开采工 作面的底板破坏深度,影响因素权重分别为工作面斜长(0.52)>煤层采深(0.26)>煤层倾角(0.22); 对于充填开采工作面,权重分别为煤层倾角(0.54)>煤层采深(0.38)>采煤工作面斜长(0.08)。

Abstract: With the depletion of shallow coal resources in the eastern part of North China,resource extraction is carried out to greater depths,the geological conditions faced by coal seam mining have be⁃ come increasingly complex. Filling mining technology has gradually been valued and applied to the mining of close-range coal seams or coal seams with complex geological conditions. To further study the influence of coal seam filling mining on the failure depth of the floor,this paper collected the measured data of the failure depth of the floor from 43 unfilled mining faces and 11 filled mining faces. Firstly,the Pearson cor⁃ relation between the influencing factors and the failure depth of the floor was analyzed. Subsequently,the random forest model was used to predict the failure depth of the coal seam in unfilled mining and filled mining,and to study the influencing factors,and the prediction results were compared with those of the empirical formula. The results of the research show that,compared with empirical formulas,the random forest model has higher prediction accuracy,and filling mining significantly reduces the depth of coal seam floor damage. The characteristic importance analysis of random forest shows that for the bottom plate failure depth of the unfilled mining face,the weights of the influencing factors are respectively the inclined length of the working face (0.52) > the coal seam mining depth (0.26) > the coal seam inclination angle (0.22). For the filling mining face,the weights are respectively the coal seam dip angle (0.54) > the coal seam mining depth (0.38) > the inclined length of the coal mining face (0.08).
