老挝北部某金矿选矿工艺流程试验研究

摘要: 老挝北部某蚀变岩型金矿石金品位为 4.51 g/t,64.11% 的金以裸露-半裸露金形式存 在,其余多以包裹金形式存在。基于工艺矿物学性质,分别采用单一重选、单一浮选、单一氰化、重 选—浮选、重选—氰化等流程进行试验。结果表明,重选—浮选联合流程获得的技术指标最佳。 采用摇床重选—1 粗 2 精 2 扫浮选联合流程,可获得金品位 134.00 g/t、回收率 49.92% 的重选金精 矿,以及金品位 48.72 g/t、回收率 43.90% 的浮选金精矿。该联合流程实现了金的富集回收,为矿石 的高效利用提供了技术依据。

Abstract: The gold grade of an altered rock type gold ore in northern Laos is 4.51 g/t,64.11% of the gold exists in the form of bare-semi-exposed gold,and the rest exists in the form of wrapped gold. Based on the process mineralogical properties,single gravity separation,single flotation,single cyanidation, gravity separation-flotation,gravity separation-cyanidation and other processes were conducted. The re⁃ sults show that the technical indexes obtained by the gravity separation-flotation combined process are the best. A gravity separation gold concentrate with gold grade of 134.00 g/t and recovery of 49.92% and a flota⁃ tion gold concentrate with gold grade of 48.72 g/t and recovery of 43.90% were obtained by adopting the combined process of shaking table gravity separation-one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging flotation. The combined process realizes the enrichment and recovery of gold,which provides a technical basis for the efficient utilization of ore.
