某选铜尾矿回收铁资源工艺流程及设备考察

摘要: 某选铜尾矿铁资源回收系统中铁尾矿全铁品位达 14.00% 以上,为了尽可能地回收铁 资源,探明铁尾矿中全铁品位偏高的原因,对铁资源回收系统的工艺流程和设备进行了系统的考 察分析,并对选铁尾矿进行了工艺矿物学分析和选矿试验,探索铁尾矿进一步分选的可行性。考 察结果表明:铁资源回收系统工艺流程合理,磁选设备磁场强度符合工艺要求,对铁资源的回收较 为充分,尾矿中虽全铁品位达到 14.90%,但 mFe 品位仅 0.42%,表明磁性铁矿物已经得到了充分的 回收。

Abstract: The total iron grade of iron tailings in tailings after copper separation iron resource recov⁃ ery system is more than 14.00%. In order to recover iron resources as much as possible and find out the rea⁃ sons for the high total iron grade in iron tailings,the process flow and equipment of iron resource recovery system are systematically investigated and analyzed. The process mineralogy analysis and beneficiation test of tailings after iron separation are carried out to explore the feasibility of further separation of iron tailings. The results show that the process flow of the iron resource recovery system is reasonable,the magnetic field strength of the magnetic separation equipment meets the process requirements,and the recovery of iron resources is sufficient. Although the total iron grade in the tailings reaches 14.90%,the mFe grade is only 0.42%,indicating that the magnetic iron minerals have been fully recovered.
