某铁矿大块物料输送系统缓冲装置改造实践

摘要: 中关铁矿地下开采的矿石经破碎站破碎成一定块度后,提升至地表箕斗仓,再经 6 条 输送带运输至磨矿仓,运输过程中输送机故障较多,影响生产效率。为降低上料运输系统缓冲托 辊检修频次,通过将缓冲托辊更换为缓冲床,提高其抗冲击力;在下矿溜槽底部增加缓冲装置,代 替溜槽缓冲衬板,提高检修效率和减少输送带表面受到冲击力;更换抗冲击性能更高的输送带,提 高输送带使用寿命。通过一系列技改和优化调整,上料系统运输能力超过了设计台时,设备可开 动率提高了 20%;输送带使用寿命提高,降低上料系统运输成本,同时输送带底部积料也得到了有 效控制,降低了职工工作强度,可为采用输送带运输大块物料的矿山优化提供参考。

Abstract: After the ores mined underground in Zhongguan Iron Mine ore broken into a certain block by the crushing station,they are lifted to the surface skip bin through the hoist,and then transported to the grinding bin through 6 conveyor belts. There are many conveyor faults in the transportation process, which affects the production efficiency. In order to reduce the maintenance frequency of the buffer roller in the feeding and transportation system,the buffer roller is replaced by a buffer bed to improve its impact re⁃ sistance. The buffer device is added at the bottom of the ore chute to replace the chute buffer lining plate, so as to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the impact force on the surface of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt with higher impact resistance is replaced to improve the service life of the conveyor belt. Through a series of technical transformation and optimization adjustment,the transportation capacity of the feeding system exceeds the design capacity,the equipment start-up rate is increased by 20%. The service life of the conveyor belt is improved,and the transportation cost of the feeding system is reduced. At the same time,the material accumulation at the bottom of the conveyor belt is also effectively controlled, which reduces the work intensity of the workers. It can provide reference for mine optimization using con⁃ veyor belt to transport large materials.
