刚果(金)铜钴矿资源固废综合回收技术研究

摘要: 为了促进刚果(金)铜钴矿资源的可持续开发与矿业固废的资源化利用,针对该地 区矿业固废产量大、环境风险高、有价金属回收不充分及不同氧化率矿石与资源化技术适配性不 明确的问题,系统综述了当地铜钴矿带的地质赋存特征、开采现状及固废的产生机制、理化特性 与环境风险,分析了基于矿石氧化率的多元化采选冶工艺路径,梳理了堆浸、生物浸出、协同浸 出、渣选矿等固废资源化技术的研究进展与应用实例,并探讨了生物技术、循环经济与智能化管 理的前沿方向。研究结果表明:通过技术集成与政策引导,可实现固废中铜、钴的高效回收(堆浸 铜浸出率超 80%,协同浸出铜回收率达 85% 以上)及固废的大宗消纳,推动矿业绿色低碳转型;矿 石氧化率是决定固废特性与资源化技术路径选择的关键因素,选冶联合工艺可有效提升难处理 冶炼渣有价金属的回收效率,循环经济与智能化技术可为固废综合利用的规模化推进提供重要 方向。

Abstract: In order to promote the sustainable development of copper-cobalt ore resources in Congo (DRC) and the resource utilization of mining solid waste,aiming at the problems of large output of mining solid waste,high environmental risk,insufficient recovery of valuable metals and unclear adaptability of ores with different oxidation rates to resource utilization technology in this area,the geological occurrence characteristics,mining status and solid waste generation mechanism,physical and chemical properties and environmental risks of the local copper-cobalt ore belt are systematically reviewed.The diversified mining, mineral processing and smelting process paths based on ore oxidation rate are analyzed. The research prog⁃ ress and application examples of solid waste recycling technologies such as heap leaching,bioleaching, synergistic leaching and slag beneficiation are sorted out,and the frontier directions of biotechnology,cir⁃ cular economy and intelligent management are discussed.The research results show that through technology integration and policy guidance,the efficient recovery of copper and cobalt in solid waste (the leaching rate of heap leaching copper is more than 80%,and the recovery rate of synergistic leaching copper is more than 85%) and the bulk consumption of solid waste can be realized,and the green low-carbon transformation of mining industry can be promoted.The oxidation rate of ore is the key factor to determine the characteristics of solid waste and the choice of resource technology path. The combined process of beneficiation and metal⁃ lurgy can effectively improve the recovery efficiency of valuable metals from refractory smelting slag. Circu⁃ lar economy and intelligent technology can provide an important direction for the large-scale promotion of comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
