基于MES系统的铁氧体磁瓦柔性连续化生产工艺研究

摘要: 针对传统生产过程中工序流转不连续、设备利用率低、原料适配性差等问题,提出了 一种基于 MES 的铁氧体磁瓦柔性连续化生产工艺。通过集成 MES 系统,实现原料信息自动识别、 生产参数动态匹配及设备状态实时监控,构建从配料到成品的全流程自动化生产线。结果表明, 该系统能够提升生产效率 15%~20%。此外,系统通过智能调度和能源管理优化使单位产品能耗降 低 12%。研究结果为铁氧体磁瓦的智能化制造提供了技术参考,并验证了其在工业应用中的经济 性与环境友好性。

Abstract: In view of the problems of discontinuous process flow,low equipment utilization rate and poor raw material adaptability in the traditional production process,a flexible continuous production pro‐ cess of ferrite magnetic tile based on MES is proposed. Through the integrated MES system,the automatic identification of raw material information,the dynamic matching of production parameters and the real�time monitoring of equipment status are realized,and the whole process automatic production line from batching to finished products is constructed. The results show that the system can improve production effi‐ ciency by 15%~20%. In addition,the system reduces energy consumption per unit product by 12% through intelligent scheduling and energy management optimization. The research results provide a techni‐ cal reference for the intelligent manufacturing of ferrite magnetic tiles,and verify its economy and environ‐ mental friendliness in industrial applications.
