缅甸某锂辉石反浮选工艺试验

Experimental Study on Reverse Flotation Process of Spodumene in Myanmar

摘要: 为高效回收缅甸某锂辉石矿中的氧化锂,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了单一重 选、单一磁选、单一正浮选、单一反浮选工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:采用反浮选工艺流程,在确定 的最佳作业参数条件下,对原矿进行1粗3精2扫、中矿逐级返回的全流程闭路试验,获得了Li2O品位 3.56%、Li2O回收率73.11%的锂辉石精矿,且尾矿中的Li2O品位仅为0.12%,损失较小,同时可通过对 精矿的实际需求增加或减少精选次数,获得了较为满意的生产指标。

Abstract: In order to efficiently recover lithium oxide from a spodumene ore in Myanmar,based on the study of process mineralogy,single gravity separation,single magnetic separation,single positive flota⁃ tion and single reverse flotation process are studied.The test results show that the reverse flotation process is used to carry out the whole process closed-circuit test of one roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging of the raw ore and the gradual return of the middle ore under the determined optimal operating parameters. The spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 3.56% and Li2O recovery rate of 73.11% is obtained,and the Li2O grade in the tailings is only 0.12%,and the loss is small.At the same time,satisfactory production in⁃ dexes can be obtained by increasing or decreasing the number of cleaning times according to the actual de⁃ mand of concentrate.
