基于改进区间逼近分析模型的矿岩可爆性分析

摘要: 矿岩可爆性对于矿山爆破开采的成本和效率具有重要影响。为了对矿岩可爆性进行 全面准确分析,构建了包括岩石密度及岩石脆性系数等4项指标的矿岩可爆性指标体系及矿岩可爆 性的Ⅰ~Ⅶ级分级标准。利用区间层次分析法,计算矿岩可爆性指标权重,以改进区间逼近分析模型, 对岩体可爆性指标进行更加贴近实际的区间数表征和分析,进而判定矿岩可爆性综合等级及各指标 的等级。以该模型对某磷矿多个采场的矿岩可爆性进行了全面分析,得到 8个采场中的 3个采场的 矿岩可爆性为Ⅳ级,其他采场的矿岩可爆性均为Ⅴ级,并得到了各采场矿岩可爆性指标的分析结果。 以此为依据,对该矿山采场爆破方案和参数进行了针对性改进,提高了出矿效率和矿石块度合格率, 降低了爆破炸药单耗和爆破成本。实例证明,改进区间逼近分析模型可以对矿岩可爆性进行全面科 学分析,其结果指导矿山爆破方案设计,可以为矿山企业带来降本增效的效果,提高经济效益和综合 效益。

Abstract: The blastability of ore rock has an important influence on the cost and efficiency of mine blasting mining. In order to comprehensively and accurately analyze the blastability of ore and rock,the in⁃ dex system of blastability of ore and rock including four indexes such as rock density and rock brittleness co⁃ efficient and the classification standard of I~VII grade of blastability of ore and rock are constructed. The in⁃ terval analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the blastability index of the ore rock,and the interval approximation analysis model is improved to characterize and analyze the blastability index of the rock mass closer to the actual interval number,so as to determine the comprehensive grade of the blastability of the ore rock and the grade of each index. The model is used to comprehensively analyze the rock blastabili⁃ ty of multiple stopes in a phosphate mine. The rock blastability of three stopes in eight stopes is Grade IV, and the rock blastability of other stopes is Grade V. The analysis results of the rock blastability index of each stope are obtained. Based on this,the blasting scheme and parameters of the mine stope are improved,the ore removal efficiency and the qualified rate of ore block are improved,and the unit consumption of blasting explosives and blasting cost are reduced. The example proves that the improved interval approximation analy⁃ sis can make a comprehensive and scientific analysis of the blastability of ore and rock,and the results mod⁃ el can guide the design of mine blasting scheme,which can bring the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency for mining enterprises,and improve economic benefits and comprehensive benefits.
