基于恒定浓度配比的东波选矿厂自动配放药系统研究

摘要: 东波选矿厂为了提升选矿药剂制备系统的自动化水平,针对人工配药方式存在的安 全风险高、效率低、误差大、易产生质量问题等情况,进行了基于西门子 S7-1200 系列 PLC 的通用 自动配放药系统研究。该系统通过执行机构(电动/气动阀门、搅拌器)、传感器(电磁流量计、雷达 液位计)及控制模块(AI/AO、DI/DO、串口服务器)协同工作,实现了药剂定量配置、自动放药、缺药 报警与液位超高报警等功能。应用结果表明:该系统在东波选矿厂连续稳定运行 2 a,单班配药作 业人员由 2 人减至 1 人,每年因配药不精确导致的工艺异常时间减少约 60 h,年节约经济损失约 1 012.5 万元,有效解决了人工配药带来的一系列问题,且该系统在不同应用场景具备良好的适应 性和通用性,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In order to improve the automation level of the preparation system of mineral processing re⁃ agents in Dongbo concentrator,the general automatic dispensing system based on Siemens S7-1200 series PLC is studied in view of the high safety risk,low efficiency,large error and easy quality problems in the manual dispensing mode. The system works together through actuators (electric / pneumatic valves,agita⁃ tors),sensors (electromagnetic flowmeters,radar level gauges) and control modules (AI/AO,DI/DO,serial server) to realize the functions of quantitative configuration of reagent,automatic dispensing,alarm of re⁃ agent shortage and alarm of ultra-high liquid level.The application results show that the system has been running stably for 2 years in Dongbo concentrator,and the number of single-shift dispensing workers has been reduced from 2 to 1. The abnormal process time caused by inaccurate dispensing is reduced by about 60 h each year,and the annual economic loss is about 10.125 million yuan. It effectively solves a series of problems caused by manual dispensing,and the system has good adaptability and versatility in different ap⁃ plication scenarios,which has certain application value.
