国外某高磷鲕状铁矿选矿试验研究*

国外某高磷鲕状铁矿石主要铁矿物为磁铁矿和赤褐铁矿,有害杂质硫含量较低,伴生 杂质硅、铝、磷含量较高。为降低该高磷鲕状铁矿石中的磷矿物含量,提前抛出部分含磷高的尾矿, 进行了多粒级干式预选试验研究,探索预选抛废的可行性,同时对磨选工艺进行了阶段磨矿磨矿细 度试验。试验确定了原矿阶段磨矿—弱磁选流程,最终获得了产率 47.42%、铁品位 64.45%、磷品位 0.501%、铁回收率 53.19% 的铁精矿,有效降低了铁精矿中的磷含量,为合理开发利用该铁矿资源提 供了参考依据。

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a High Phosphorus Oolitic Iron Ore Abroad

The main iron minerals of a high-phosphorus oolitic iron ore abroad are magnetite and he⁃ matite-limonite. The harmful impurity sulfur content is low,and the associated impurities silicon,alumi⁃ num and phosphorus content are high.In order to reduce the content of phosphate minerals in the high-phos⁃ phorus oolitic iron ore and throw out some tailings with high phosphorus content in advance,a multi-grade dry pre-selection test was carried out to explore the feasibility of pre-selection and discarding waste. At the same time,a stage grinding fineness test was carried out on the grinding process.The process of stage grind⁃ ing-low intensity magnetic separation of raw ore was determined by test. Finally,the iron concentrate with yield of 47.42%,iron grade of 64.45%,phosphorus grade of 0.501% and iron recovery of 53.19% was ob⁃ tained,which effectively reduced the phosphorus content in the iron concentrate and provided a reference for the rational development and utilization of the iron ore resources.
