矿产资源的自然属性与选矿生产对矿石质量均衡、稳定供给的要求相矛盾,针对复杂 多金属露天矿山的矿石供给多存在波动较大的问题,提出通过人为预先编制计划调整开采的时空关 系,严格配矿工艺流程,使供给矿石在一定的时间周期内保持平衡的新配矿模式。以铜街—曼家寨 露天矿山实际配矿为例,通过计算机编程获取配矿方案,并加强源头固定频次取样及末端配矿结果 验证程序。固化精细化配矿方法可使得多金属矿山各元素品位限值在可控范围内,且配矿品位合格 率提升3个百分点,使供矿质量能最大限度满足稳定高效的选矿生产需求,实现采、选综合经济技术 指标的提升。
The natural properties of mineral resources are contradictory to the requirements of ore quality balance and stable supply in mineral processing production.In view of the large fluctuation of ore sup⁃ ply in complex multi-metal open-pit mines,a new ore blending mode is proposed to adjust the temporal and spatial relationship of mining through artificial pre-preparation plan and strict ore blending process,so as to maintain a balanced ore supply in a certain period of time. Taking the actual ore blending of Tongjie-Manjia⁃ zhai open-pit mine as an example,the ore blending scheme is obtained by computer programming,and the sample of source fixed frequency and verification of end ore blending results are strengthened. The solidified fine ore blending method can make the grade limit of each element in the polymetallic mine within the con⁃ trollable range,and the qualified rate of ore blending grade can increase by 3 percentages,so that the ore supply quality can meet the stable and efficient ore dressing production demand to the maximum extent,and realize the improvement of comprehensive economic and technical indicators of mining and beneficiation.
