陕西平利县位于北大巴山裂谷带早古生代铁-钒-重晶石-黄铁矿-石煤成矿亚带,区内重 晶石资源丰富,但缺少对重晶石成矿控制因素的系统研究。为了进一步研究该地区重晶石成矿规 律,对矿区地质特征与矿床特征进行研究,利用1∶5万水系沉积物测量,明确Ba元素异常值的地质构 造位置;采用锆石U-Pb同位素年代鉴定,确定矿床所在地层侵入岩时代;利用薄片鉴定,分析成矿物 质来源。在野外勘探中,通过探槽圈定了一条重晶石矿体,平均品位91.36%。研究结果表明:该区域 重晶石矿受严格的地层约束,上震旦—下寒武统鲁家坪组可作为重晶石找矿的重要层位,矿体呈沉 积纹层发育,属海底喷流热水沉积型重晶石矿床,为后续的矿产调查提供重要依据。
Pingli county of Shaanxi provice is located in the early Paleozoic iron-vanadium-barite-py⁃ rite-stone-coal metallogenic subzone of the Beibashan Rift zone,which is rich in barite resources,but lacks systematic research on the controlling factors of barite mineralization. In order to further study the regularity of barite mineralization in this area,the geological characteristics of the mining area and the deposit are stud⁃ ied,and the geological structure location of the anomaly value of Ba element is defined by 1∶50 000 stream sediment survey. Zircon U-Pb isotope dating was used to determine the intrusive rock age of the strata where the deposit is located. The source of ore-forming materials was analyzed by thin section identification. In the field exploration,a barite ore body with an average grade of 91.36% has been delineated through the explora⁃ tion trough.The results show that the barite deposits in this area are subject to strict stratigraphic constraints, and the Lujiaping Formation of the Upper Sinian-Lower Cambrian Series can be used as an important hori⁃ zon for barite prospecting. The ore bodies are sedimentary striated and belong to the submarine jet hot water sedimentary barite deposit,which provides an important basis for subsequent mineral investigation.
