高压辊磨对某铜矿浮选指标影响的研究

为了研究高压辊磨破碎对国内某低品位铜矿石后续浮选指标的影响,采用单因素分
析方法进行了高压辊磨破碎试验、浮选优化条件试验和浮选开路对比试验。结果表明,在磨矿细
度-0.074 mm占65%,粗选氧化钙用量1 000 g/t、MAC-12用量20 g/t、丁基黄药用量10 g/t,扫选MAC-
12用量 10 g/t、丁基黄药用量 5 g/t条件下,经 1粗 1扫浮选流程,常规破碎产品浮选可获得铜、硫品位
分别为4.31%和22.46%,铜、硫回收率分别为74.382%和79.053%的粗精矿;辊压产品浮选粗精矿铜、
硫品位分别为 4.76% 和 23.06%,铜、硫回收率分别为 88.137% 和 87.082%。铜、硫品位分别提高 0.45
和 0.60个百分点,铜、硫回收率分别提高 13.755和 8.029个百分点。由此可知,通过高压辊磨破碎作
业,可提高该铜矿石浮选精矿的铜、硫品位和回收率。

Research of HPGR Influence on a Copper Mine Flotation

In order to study the influence of subsequent flotation indexes on a low-grade copper ore in
China by high pressure grinding roller,single factor analysis method was used to carry out high pressure
grinding roller test,flotation optimization condition test and flotation open circuit comparison test. The re⁃
sults show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of 65% passing -0.074 mm,calcium oxide dosage
of 1 000 g/t,MAC-12 dosage of 20 g/t,butyl xanthate dosage of 10 g/t,MAC-12 dosage of 10 g/t,butyl
xanthate dosage of 5 g/t,one roughing and one scavenging flotation process,the coarse concentrate with cop⁃
per and sulfur grade of 4.31% and 22.46% respectively and copper and sulfur recovery of 74.382% and
79.053% respectively can be obtained by conventional crushing product flotation. The copper and sulfur
grades of the rough concentrate of the flotation of the high pressure grinding roller product are 4.76% and
23.06%,respectively,and the copper and sulfur recovery rates are 88.137% and 87.082%,respectively.
The grade of copper and sulfur increased by 0.45 and 0.6 percentage points respectively,and the recovery
rate of copper and sulfur increased by 13.755 and 8.029 percentage points respectively. It can be seen that
the copper and sulfur grade and recovery rate of the copper ore can be improved by high pressure grinding
