爆破作业单位安全管理现状与措施探讨

安全管理贯穿于爆破作业单位日常管理的始终。鉴于当前爆破行业安全生产严峻的

形势，为保证爆破作业单位本质安全，在分析当前行业安全管理现状基础上，结合爆破作业单位安全

管理实际情况，从民用爆炸物品管理和爆破作业管理2个方面探讨了主要安全管理措施。应综合考

虑爆破作业人员不安全行为和民爆物品不安全状态2个方面，建立完善的安全管理制度和操作规程，

加强教育培训和安全隐患检查等，提升从业人员的综合素质，加大安全管理制度的落实力度。相关

措施可以为爆破作业单位安全管理提供参考。

Safety management runs through the daily management of blasting operation units.In view

of the current severe situation of safety production in the blasting industry，in order to ensure the intrinsic

safety of the blasting operation unit，based on the analysis of the current status of safety management in the

industry，combined with the actual situation of safety management in the blasting operation unit，the main

safety management measures are discussed from two aspects of civil explosives management and blasting op⁃

eration management.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the unsafe behavior of blasting workers and

the unsafe state of civil explosives，establish a sound safety management system and operating procedures，

strengthen education and training，and check safety hazards，so as to improve the comprehensive quality of

employees and increase the implementation of safety management systems.Relevant measures can provide

reference for the safety management of blasting units.

Abstract:
