聚多巴胺改性海泡石对有机染料的吸附性能研究*

经过多巴胺自聚合反应制备了聚多巴胺改性海泡石复合材料(PDA@SEP),用 X射线
衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、比表面积及孔径分布测定仪等手段对该复合材料进
行了表征,并重点研究了其对阳离子型有机染料结晶紫(CV)、孔雀石绿(MG)、亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗
丹明B(RhB)的吸附性能和可再生性。结果表明,经聚多巴胺改性的海泡石对CV、MG、MB、RhB的最
大吸附容量分别为 1 501.1,555.1,120.9,149.3mg/g,均高于未改性的海泡石;PDA@SEP对有机染料吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线。0.1 mol/L盐酸作为洗脱剂的吸附—解吸试验发现,5次循环使用的PDA@SEP对有机染料的去除率仍然保持在40%以上,表明该复合材料具有良好的可重复使用性。综合上述,PDA@SEP是一种潜力较大的去除废水中有机染料的环境矿物材料。

Adsorption Properties of Polydopamine Modified Sepiolite for Organic Dyes

Polydopamine-modified sepiolite composite(PDA@SEP)was prepared by dopamine self⁃
polymerization. The composite was characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infra⁃
red spectrometer(FT-IR),specific surface area and aperture distribution measuring instrument. The adsorp⁃
tion properties and renewability of cationic organic dyes Crystal Violet(CV),Malachite Green(MG),
Methylene Blue(MB)and Rhodamine B(RhB)were studied. The results showed that the maximum adsorp⁃
tion capacities of polydopamine modified sepiolite for CV,MG,MB and RhB were 1 501.1,555.1,120.9
and 149.3 mg/g,respectively,which were higher than those of unmodified sepiolite. The adsorption process
follows to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.The adsorption and desorption test
of 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as eluent showed that the removal rate of organic dyes by PDA@SEP used for
5 cycles remained above 40%,indicating that the composite had good reusability. In summary,PDA@SEP
is an environmental mineral material with great potential for removing organic dyes from wastewater.
