磁化处理对浮选药剂与水的影响研究进展*

为了推进磁化处理技术在选矿行业中的应用,简述了磁化处理技术及其发展史。对磁
化处理技术在国内外各领域的研究现状进行了分析,总结了磁化处理技术的优势。重点归纳了磁化
处理在浮选中对捕收剂、抑制剂的影响,总结分析了磁化处理对浮选药剂的磁化效果及其在浮选中
的作用,归纳总结了磁化处理对浸出剂的磁化效果及其对浸出指标的影响。磁化处理工艺相比于常
规浮选,具有简化工艺流程,减少药剂用量及提高选别指标等优势。针对磁化水能够提高浮选回收
率等选别指标的问题,对磁化水的理化性质进行了分析,最后指出了磁化处理对表面张力、黏度的影
响是其效果的来源。针对现有研究中的不足,指出了今后磁化处理技术在基础理论方面的研究方向
及发展趋势。

Research Progress on the Effect of Magnetization Treatment on Flotation Reagents and Water

In order to promote the application of magnetization treatment technology in mineral pro⁃
cessing industry,the magnetization treatment technology and its development history are briefly described.
The research status of magnetization treatment technology in various fields at home and abroad is analyzed,
and the advantages of magnetization treatment technology are summarized. The effects of magnetization treat⁃
ment on collectors and depressants in flotation are summarized,and the magnetization effect of magnetiza⁃
tion treatment on flotation reagents and its role in flotation are summarized and analyzed. The magnetization
effect of magnetization treatment on leaching agent and its influence on leaching index are summarized. Com⁃
pared with conventional flotation,the magnetization treatment process has the advantages of simplifying the
process flow,reducing the dosage of reagents and improving the separation index. Aiming at the problem
that magnetized water can improve the flotation recovery rate and other separation indexes,the physical and
chemical properties of magnetized water are analyzed. Finally,it is pointed out that the influence of magneti⁃
zation treatment on surface tension and viscosity is the source of its effect. In view of the shortcomings in the
existing research,the future research direction and development trend of magnetization treatment technolo⁃
gy in basic theory are pointed out.
