中关铁矿上料系统原矿洗矿脱泥流程优化

中关铁矿为了消除原矿中超细粒级泥料对上料系统的影响,针对因原矿中细粒级物料
较多,含泥量高,物料黏性大,水分大造成上料系统皮带通廊卫生量大、磨矿仓易堵塞等问题,采用将
原矿进行大块干选、湿式筛分、细粒级预选脱泥、预选精矿脱水作业等工艺,抛除原矿中夹杂的8%的
超细粒级泥料的方法进行了原矿洗矿脱泥流程优化的研究,通过流程优化,上料系统皮带通廊卫生
量减小,消除了磨矿仓易堵塞的问题。为避免铁资源流失以及对后续磨选作业产生负面影响,还进
行了大块干选挡板位置的确定,双层筛筛孔尺寸的确定,预选磁选机磁场强度的确定以及脱水筛筛
孔尺寸的确定试验。此次流程优化取得了良好的效果,值得在同类矿山中推广。

Optimization of Raw Ore Washing and Desliming Process in Feeding System
of Zhongguan Iron Mine

In order to eliminate the influence of ultra-fine grained mud in the raw ore on the feeding
system,in view of the problems such as large amount of fine grained materials,high mud content,high vis⁃
cosity and high moisture in the raw ore,the belt corridor of the feeding system is sanitary and the grinding
bin is easy to be blocked,etc.,the process of bulk dry separation of the raw ore,wet screening,fine grained
pre-desliming,pre-selected concentrate dewatering and so on is adopted to remove 8% of the ultra-fine
grained mud in the raw ore. In order to avoid the loss of iron resources and have a negative impact on subse⁃
quent grinding operations,experiments are also carried out to determine the position of large dry separation
baffle,the size of double-layer screen,the field strength of pre-selected magnetic separator and the size of
dewatering screen screen. This process optimization has achieved good results and is worth popularizing in
similar mines.
