保安煤矿褶曲构造影响区三软煤层巷道变形特征及支护优化

保安煤矿运输巷在褶曲构造影响区掘进时,随着围岩破碎程度增加,受构造应力发育
等影响,出现原有架棚支护无法有效控制围岩变形的问题。在综合地应力测定、认识围岩破碎分布
范围及原支护围岩变形特征基础上,提出采用留断面+锚杆(索)+围岩注浆+钢架棚方式进行支护。
通过适当增大巷道断面,允许围岩出现一定变形,以便释放部分围岩应力;通过注浆改善围岩承载能
力及稳定性,提升锚杆(索)与围岩耦合效果;采用架棚+单体支柱+金属网,给巷道表面围岩施加较大
作用力,并与锚杆(索)、围岩共同配合,控制围岩变形。经工程应用,运输巷围岩变形问题得以较好
解决,为构造影响区三软煤层巷道围岩支护提供借鉴。

Deformation Characteristics and Support Optimization of Three Soft Coal Seam Roadway
in Fold Structure Affected Area of Baoan Coal Mine

During the excavation of the transportation roadway in the fold structure affected area of
Bao′an Coal Mine,with the increase of surrounding rock fragmentation and the development of tectonic
stress,the original shed support cannot effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.Based on the
comprehensive in-situ stress measurement,the distribution range of surrounding rock fragmentation and the
deformation characteristics of the original supporting surrounding rock,the support method of retaining sec⁃
tion + anchor (cable) + surrounding rock grouting + steel frame shed is proposed.By appropriately increasing
the roadway section,certain deformation of the surrounding rock is allowed to release some of the surround⁃
ing rock stress.Through grouting,the bearing capacity and stability of surrounding rock are improved,and
the coupling effect of bolt (cable) and surrounding rock is improved.The shed + single pillar + metal mesh is
used to exert a large force on the surrounding rock of the roadway surface,which cooperate,with the bolt (ca⁃
ble) and the surrounding rock to control the deformation of the surrounding rock.Through engineering appli⁃
cation,the deformation problem of surrounding rock in transportation roadway is well solved,which pro⁃
vides reference for surrounding rock support of three-soft coal seam roadway in structural influence area.
