综采工作面过断层回采工艺及支护技术优化

塔山煤矿三盘区8310工作面过F7断层时存在破岩量大、煤柱损失严重、采煤机故障率
高、支架支护强度低以及断层区顶板维护困难等技术难题。通过现场技术研究,分析了过断层前期
回采工艺主要问题,提出了仰斜+旋转回采工艺,并对俯斜段顶板采取注浆加固+人工假顶+柔性纤维
网联合支护技术。应用效果表明,回采工艺优化后减少破岩量达2 411 m3 ,煤柱回采量增加了0.75万
t,采煤机故障率降低至2.7%;采取联合支护技术后,断层区顶板冒漏现象得到了控制,顶板下沉量控
制在0.17 m以下,支架工作阻力提高至95%,保障了工作面安全快速过断层区。

Optimization of Overfault Stoping Technology and Support Technology of
Fully Mechanized Mining Face

When the 8310 working face in No.3 District of Tashan Coal mine crosses F7 fault,there
are some technical problems,such as large amount of rock breaking,serious loss of coal pillar,high failure
rate of shearer,low strength of support and difficult maintenance of roof in fault area. Through the field tech⁃
nology research,the main problems in the mining process in the early stage of crossing fault are analyzed,
and the technology of oblique + rotation mining is put forward,and the combined support technology of
grouting reinforcement + artificial false roof + flexible fiber mesh is adopted for the roof of inclined section.
The actual application results show that after the optimization of mining technology,the rock breaking vol⁃
ume is reduced by 2 411 m3 ,the coal pillar recovery is increased by 7 500 t,and the failure rate of shearer
is reduced to 2.7%. After adopting the combined support technology,the roof leakage phenomenon in the
fault area is controlled,the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.17 m,the working resistance of the sup⁃
port is increased to 95%,and the working face is ensured to pass the fault area safely and quickly.
