上行开采条件下巷道修复时机和开切眼位置研究

为避免煤矿开采过程中上部采区巷道的重复返修问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工
程测量相结合的方法,对下伏煤层开采过程中覆岩破坏特征和巷道塑性区演化特征进行了研究,揭
示了下伏煤层开采对煤层完整性和巷道稳定性的影响规律,确定了上煤层巷道的修复时机和下煤层
工作面开切眼的合理位置。煤矿开采期间,由于受下伏煤层工作面开采的影响,上采岩层塑性破坏
严重,虽未出现阶错,但出现整体沉陷,上煤层巷道的修复时机应在塑性区范围趋于稳定后;开切眼
位置应综合考虑围岩变形幅度最小及煤炭资源充分利用等情况。现场工程应用表明,采取上述措施
后,巷道围岩变形满足煤矿生产要求,避免了巷道围岩变形的多次修复。

Study on Roadway Repair Time and Open-off Cut Position Under Upward Mining Conditions

In order to avoid the problem of repeated repair of roadways in the upper mining area during
coal mining,the failure characteristics of overlying strata and the evolution characteristics of plastic zone of
roadways in the mining process of underlying coal seams were studied by means of theoretical analysis,nu⁃
merical simulation and engineering measurement. The research reveals the influence of underlying coal
seam mining on coal seam integrity and roadway stability,and determines the repair time of upper coal seam
roadway and the reasonable position of open-off cut of lower coal seam working face. During the mining peri⁃
od of the coal mine,due to the influence of the mining of the underlying coal seam working face,the plastic
damage of the upper mining rock layer is serious. Although there is no step error,there is overall subsid⁃
ence. The repair time of the upper coal seam roadway should be after the plastic zone tends to be stable. The
repair time of the upper coal seam roadway should be obvious in the plastic zone,that is,the initial stage of
severe deformation of the surrounding rock. The position of open-off cut should consider the minimum defor⁃
mation of surrounding rock and the full utilization of coal resources. The field engineering application shows
that after taking the above measures,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock meets the requirements of
coal mine production,and the multiple repairs of roadway surrounding rock deformation are avoided.
