基于TDLAS技术的矿井气体监测系统

在矿井作业中,准确监测和控制有毒、有害及可燃气体的浓度,对于矿工安全作业至关
重要。提出一种基于 TDLAS技术的矿井气体监测系统,该系统由激光发射单元、光谱分析单元、数
据采集与处理单元以及预警与控制单元组成。利用 TDLAS技术高选择性和高灵敏度的优势,对特
定气体分子的吸收光谱进行精确测量,从而实现对矿井内多种气体组分的快速、准确识别和量化。
通过现场测试,该系统能够在复杂的矿井环境中稳定运行,实时监测甲烷、一氧化碳、乙烯等关键气
体指标,并通过数据分析及时发出预警信号。

Mine Gas Monitoring System Based on TDLAS Technology

In the mine operation,accurate monitoring and control of the concentration of toxic,harm⁃
ful and combustible gases is very important for the safe operation of miners.A mine gas monitoring system
based on TDLAS technology is proposed. The system consists of a laser emission unit,a spectral analysis
unit,a data acquisition and processing unit,and an early warning and control unit.Using the advantages of
high selectivity and high sensitivity of TDLAS technology,the absorption spectra of specific gas molecules
are accurately measured,so as to realize the rapid and accurate identification and quantification of various
gas components in the mine.Through on-site testing,the system can operate stably in a complex mine envi⁃
ronment,monitor key gas indicators such as methane,carbon monoxide and ethylene in real time,and is⁃
sue early warning signals in a timely manner through data analysis.

Abstract:

In the mine operation,accurate monitoring and control of the concentration of toxic,harm⁃
