某露天采坑尾矿回填试验研究与实践

摘要: 以某铜矿废弃露天采坑为例,对该铜矿的地质概况、开采情况、废弃露天采坑形成原 因及其基本情况进行了阐述,结合露天采坑实际情况制定了露天采坑回填试验方案。研究表明, 对露天坑底采取平整、防渗、井下封闭、建设排水系统、巡视监测等措施后,用尾砂进行了成功回 填;一方面解决了露天采坑回填复垦料紧缺问题,同时还消纳了选矿厂产生的尾砂,减少了尾砂的 地表堆放,避免了新建尾矿库,节约了矿山投资和土地资源,对矿山高效开采和发展具有重要的现 实和环保意义,为今后类似露天采坑处理及尾砂处置提供了新思路。

Abstract: Taking the abandoned open mining pit of a copper mine as an example,the geological survey,mining conditions,formation reasons and basic conditions of the abandoned open mining pit of the copper mine are expounded. Combined with the actual situation of the open mining pit,the backfilling test scheme of the open mining pit is formulated. The research showed that after taking some measures such as leveling the bottom of open pit,seepage prevention,underground sealing,construction of drainage system,inspection and monitoring,the tailings are successfully backfilled. On the one hand,it solves the shortage of reclamation materials for the open-pit backfilling. At the same time,it also consumes the tailings produced by the concentrator,reduces the surface stacking of tailings,avoids the construction of tailings ponds,saves the mine investment and land resources,which is of important practical and environmental significance for the efficient mining and development of mines,and provides a new idea for the similar open-pit mining and tailings disposal in the future.
