陶瓷过滤机在张庄矿的环保清洗试验

摘要: 为了更好地践行绿色环保和可持续发展理念,马钢矿业张庄选矿厂用环保清洗剂替代 传统硝酸,开展了陶瓷过滤机滤板清洗研究。结果表明,使用2 种新药剂进行清洗,陶瓷过滤机的滤 饼水分可控制在8.0%以内,且过滤排放水水质达到环保要求。后续将继续配合药剂厂家开展药剂性 能优化研究,力争在药剂用量、清洗效果、对水质的适应性等方面取得新突破,从而获得更突出的性 价比。

Abstract: In order to better practice the concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development,the research of environmental-friendly cleaning agent replacing traditional nitric acid as cleaning agent for ceramic filter plate was carried out in Zhangzhuang concentrator of Masteel Mining Industry. The results showed that the water content of the filter cake of the ceramic filter can be controlled within 8.0% and the quality of the discharged water can meet the environmental protection requirements through cleaning with two new environmental-friendly cleaning agent. In the future,performance optimization research of the reagents should be carried out cooperating with the manufacturers,and strive to make new breakthroughs in cleaning agents dosage,cleaning effect,and adaptability to water quality,so as to achieve more outstanding cost-performance ratio.
