摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过分析兴山县矿产开发利用及其地质环境现状，划定了县域矿山地质环境影响严重区、较严重区和保护与恢复治理重点片区、一般片区，提出了“政府主导，部门组织，行业自律，企业主体，全民参与”的预防性理念和复垦修复的治理性措施相结合的综合防治对策。

关键词: 矿区地质环境, 保护与恢复治理分区, 预防理念

Abstract: By analyzing the development and utilization of mineral resources and the current situation of geological environment in Xingshan County，the serious area，the more serious area，the key area and the general area of protection and restoration are delineated. The comprehensive prevention and control countermeasures combining the preventive concept of‘government-led，departmental organization，industry selfdiscipline， enterprise main body，and national participation’and the governance measures of reclamation and restoration are proposed.
