复合顶板高预应力全锚索围岩控制技术研究

摘要: 针对梧桐庄矿182705 回风顺槽复合顶板变形破坏严重的问题,分析了传统锚网索联合 支护失效的原因,提出采用高预应力长短锚索相结合的支护方式控制复合顶板变形破坏。应用结果 表明,顶板最大下沉量下降到45 mm以内,两帮变形下降到了30 mm以内。本技术保证了巷道安全, 提高了实体煤巷掘进效率,降低了复合顶板巷道支护成本,为复合顶板巷道快速掘进提供技术保障。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of serious deformation and failure of composite roof in 182705 return airway of Wutongzhuang Mine,the causes of failure of traditional anchor net cable combined support are analyzed,and the support method of combining high prestressed long and short anchor cables is proposed to control the deformation and failure of composite roof. The application results show that the maximum roof subsidence is reduced to less than 45 mm,and the deformation of the two sides is reduced to less than 30 mm. This technology ensures the safety of roadway,improves the efficiency of solid coal roadway excavation,reduces the support cost of composite roof roadway,and provides technical support for rapid excavation of composite roof roadway.
