尹庄尾矿库闭库设计中排洪系统改造

摘要: 针对尹庄尾矿库库内存水量大、雨季洪水量大、排水困难等,为达到闭库后库内不存 水和入库一次洪水排出不超72 h 标准,在排洪斜槽和回水斜槽上方设计排洪和回水一体化的集水 设施,挖掘导流明渠将库内水引出,自流进入集水设施。通过集水设施实现泄洪和回水同时进行, 库内排水优先回到选厂利用,增大泄洪能力的同时又降低了选厂清水消耗。实践证明,设计的排 洪系统能够满足尹庄尾矿库闭库后的防洪能力和库内不存水要求,年产生效益370.47 万元。

Abstract: In view of the large amount of water in the Yinzhuang tailings reservoir,the large amount of flood in the rainy season,and the difficulty of drainage,in order to achieve the standard that there is no water in the reservoir after the closure of the reservoir and the discharge of a flood in the reservoir does not exceed the 72 h standard,an integrated water collection facility for flood discharge and backwater is designed above the flood discharge chute and the backwater chute,and the diversion open channel is excavat⁃ ed to extract the water in the reservoir and enter the water collection facility. Through the catchment facilities,flood discharge and backwater are carried out at the same time,and the drainage in the reservoir is preferentially returned to the concentration plant for utilization,which increases the flood discharge capacity and reduces the water consumption of the concentration plant. Practice has proved that the designed flood discharge system can meet the requirements of flood control capacity and no water storage in Yinzhuang tailings reservoir after closure,and the annual benefit is 3.747 million yuan.
