摘要: 构建科学合理的绿色矿业评价体系是促进绿色矿业发展的有效方式。在明确绿色矿 业内涵的基础上,按照“压力—状态—响应”分析框架,从资源约束、环境约束、社会发展理念、经济产 出、社会产出、技术支持和管理支撑6 个方面,选取26 个指标构建绿色矿业发展评价指标体系,以引 导和推进绿色矿业发展。
关键词: 绿色矿业, PSR模型, 评价体系
Abstract: Constructing a scientific and reasonable green mining evaluation system is an effective way to promote the development of green mining. On the basis of defining the connotation of green mining,according to the "pressure-state-response" analysis framework,twenty-six indicators were selected to construct the green mining development evaluation index system from six aspects including resource constraint, environmental constraint,social development concept,economic output,social output,technical support and management support,so as to guide and promote the development of green mining.
